Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and improve existing designs.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, bringing forward new ideas to enhance our product.
5. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, then apply insights to improve the product.
6. Maintain design standards across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and a high-quality user experience.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in interaction design or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
